By purchasing from Evermore Upcycled, you agree to the following:
- Order Processing
- We process orders within 5‑14 business days (Mon‑Fri) unless otherwise indicated. After processing, standard shipping applies.
- Payment
- Payment must be completed in full before shipment. We accept major credit cards and secured online payment methods.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Custom, discounted, or final‑sale pieces are not eligible for return.
- Order Cancellations
- If you change your mind immediately after purchase, contact us within 24 hours. We can cancel only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Defects & Damage
- Inspect your item upon receipt. If it’s damaged or defective, contact us within 10 calendar days so we can evaluate and make it right.
- Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, and content are owned by Evermore Upcycled. Re‑use without permission is prohibited.
