If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
– Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
– Return items must be shipped back within 30 days of approval.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
– Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Custom, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
– If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
